Three years managing a twenty-truck fleet in the Northeast pushed me to find carriers who could actually show me where my freight was. Before DSV I had a small local broker that gave broad ETA windows and then disappeared; DSV’s live-tracking and automatic ETA updates have been night-and-day compared to that. The single thing that made me happiest was seeing real-time location updates that matched what drivers reported - during a holiday reroute their portal adjusted ETAs and saved two drivers from sitting idle for hours. Support handled a paperwork snag quickly, though the mobile app can be sluggish during peak times and has forced a couple of follow-up calls. Solid partner so far; I’d give the experience a 4/5.
