They sent me to the wrong dock the first week I signed up - wrong BOL, truck sat for six houres while the rep "escalated" nothing. Onboarding was a nightmare: their portal kept timing out, i faxed the same insurance cert twice and customer support had me on hold so long I missed a delivery and paid about $350 in detention. I've been an owner-operator in the Midwest for 12 years and havent seen setup this clunky, wasted time and money, won't be rushing back.

Bottom line: DSV didn't come through when timing mattered - and it cost me. Their portal showed 'in transit' for two days while my trailer sat at a yard waiting on missing paperwork; I missed a line-side window and ate detention fees. I've been driving six years in the Midwest and the radio silence plus useless hold times made this one of the worst runs I've had.
