Mae Kris's review of DSV
Bottom line: DSV's live-tracking alert saved a refrigerated shipment from going bad and probably kept us out of a $9k hole. We had a pharma trailer stuck on I-95 after a jackknife closed lanes, and at 3:12 a.m. their system pushed an ETA change plus a trailer-temperature warning - without that ping we wouldn’t have known until the receiver called. They diverted a nearby driver and arranged a quick cross-dock transfer within 90 minutes; I manage a fleet of 150 trucks with 28 years in the Northeast, so I know how messy those handoffs can, and this one actually worked. The only gripe: the e-sign capture froze once and paperwork took longer than it should, cost us about 45 minutes. Still, that visibility feature was the one thing that made the whole episode salvageable.
