Abigayle Runolfsdottir's review of Total Quality Logistics (TQL)
I've used TQL for six years. With a 55-truck fleet and twelve years of operating experience in the Southeast, last spring a refrigerated load for a grocery account was never picked up in Atlanta because the assigned carrier didn't show, yet TQL TRAX continued to report the trailer as “en route” for nearly twelve hours, preventing my team from escalating and costing us two pallets to spoilage and a customer penalty; their claims group acknowledged the visibility error and covered detention but refused the spoilage payout. Their large carrier network got a replacement truck out quickly so the order ultimately shipped, but the tracking mismatch and partial settlement leave me hesitant to treat TRAX as the single source of truth for time-sensitive, perishable freight.
