Bottom line: Kuehne + Nagel's tracking showed my pallet as delivered but customs had no paperwork and I lost a week's revenue plus a repeat customer. After 20 years hauling on the West Coast I know how to read a manifest - KN Login was green while the import desk had nothing, the truck sat, detention fees piled up and the consignee canceled the order. Their support shrugged and passed blame; I ate about $2,800 in fees and the headache, and I'm done with them.
