Bottom line: Expeditors got a customs-held aerospace spare released the same day, which saved a scheduled repair from turning into a week-long nightmare. One customs rep hung on the phone with me, tracked down a missing import certificate, and had CBP release it in under six hours - as an owner-operator with three trucks in the Southeast that hustle paid for itself. Only reason I didn't give five stars was a billing hiccup afterward that took another call to straighten out.
