Paid a premium for Expeditors last month and honestly it felt pricey - definately not the cheapest option. I've been running my own rig out of the Pacific Northwest for eight years, so I watch every dollar, but their broker caught a messed up HS code that would have cost me a heap in duties and a week of downtime. So were they worth it? For that saved fee and zero headache, I'd say yes, just wish the base rates were lower tho.
