The onboarding was maddeningly slow and opaque. My ten-truck fleet on the West Coast spent three weeks trying to get API access and customs paperwork approved; forms had to be resubmitted twice and our portal accounts remained inactive long enough for us to miss two contracted loads, costing real margin. Support replies were polite but evasive, which makes this a poor first impression for a logistics partner that promises visibility.
