What I liked most was how quickly their onboarding specialist cut through the usual paperwork and got our systems talking. They linked their portal to our TMS and EDI in under a week, which saved us days of manual entry and confusion. It wasn't flawless - customs brokerage training needed a couple extra calls to sort out state-specific filings - but the rep stayed on the line until we were comfortable. We're admin staff supporting about 100 trucks in the Pacific Northwest and after seven years of juggling providers, this felt refreshingly focused. Four stars because pricing and some lane coverage still need work, but getting started was much easier than I expected.
