The mobile app from Expeditors is a mixed bag for day-to-day dispatch. I manage a 30-truck fleet on the West Coast with ten years' experience, and I appreciate the real-time tracking and quick document upload - which have reduced needless calls - when the app behaves. However, intermittent push notifications, sluggish map redraws, and an unreliable offline mode force me to revert to phone calls during peak runs.
