Larissa Lemke's review of UPS Supply Chain Solutions
Wish the app would stop dropping GPS on longer hauls; with 50 trucks and 18 years in the biz, that kind of flaky tracking cost us two drivers overtime last week. We depend on the live map to reassign jobs, but statuses don't push until someone force-closes and reopens the app, so dispatch is stuck calling drivers and redoing paperwork. That lag caused a missed consolidation pickup here in the Northeast, a turned-away load and a $400 fee we had to absorb - plus extra miles on the clock. Support suggested clearing cache and reinstalling; polite, but useless when a driver is on the interstate. If your operation needs reliable mobile confirmations and accurate ETAs, this app needs serious work.
