The morning a major client moved all their delivery windows and we had to get every dispatcher live on a new platform within four hours, getting started with Shiptify was surprisingly quick. I, the fleet manager for a West Coast operation with 30 trucks and ten years in logistics, was particularly pleased that the onboarding specialist handled our carrier-rate import and field mapping over a single shared-screen session, which let dispatchers begin quoting and executing shipments almost immediately. There was a small snag with a few custom fields that required an extra call, hence my four-star rating, but the initial setup pace and responsive support made the changeover far less painful than I'd feared.
