When a carrier mistakenly billed us twice on a reefed lane in March and Shiptify flagged the duplicate in under an hour, we recovered roughly $6,200 for that one shipment. The problem is the price: annual subscription plus setup and per-user fees for our 200-truck operation quickly approaches six figures, and that single recovery - helpful though it was - only covers a sliver of the bill. After thirty years in fleet management I’m torn; the platform can pay for itself with periodic catches like that, but the steady burn of fees and the slow adoption across our teams make it hard to call the spend worth it without more predictable, recurring savings.
