The live ETA updates kept my dispatchers calm during a week of snow and ferry cancellations - that was the feature that actually mattered. Pings were frequent and the mobile alerts showed changes fast enough to reassign loads before drivers sat idle; I can point to two saved detention charges in one shift. With 75 trucks across the Pacific Northwest, having something that works when the weather goes sideways is gold. My gripe: carrier quote refreshes froze once and forced us to call several carriers manually for about 30 minutes, which is why this isn’t a five-star. In day-to-day use it has cut down on radio traffic and prevented small problems from turning into big ones.
