Bottom line: support is hit-or-miss - sometimes lifesaving, sometimes maddening. When our EDI mapping blew up during a harvest week an account rep stayed late and got us back on the road within hours, which honestly saved us from a major bottleneck. But then there are billing or access issues that drag for days with every agent passing the ticket around and no real escalation path. We run 85 trucks across the Pacific Northwest and after 16 years in logistics I can usually tell when a vendor will carry the load - Shiptify’s people can, but not reliably. If they made that late-night heroism standard instead of exceptional, this would be a very different score.
