For my 15-truck operation in the Southeast with five years of fleet management experience, the route optimization and real-time execution tracking did reduce manual scheduling and carrier calls, yet licensing, onboarding fees and integartions with yard/terminal systems pushed the total cost well past what we budgeted and the projected savings didn't crystalize in year one. I'm torn - useful features, but too expencive for this scale.
