Moshe Frami's review of Kaleris TMS
Bottom line: getting Kaleris TMS live took more legwork than their demos implied, but once we had carriers mapped it started saving us time. The biggest headache was our messy legacy carrier codes and address formats - their import tools wanted clean fields and we spent a week scrubbing CSVs. What actually made me happy was the onboarding rep who stayed on calls with our team and used the carrier-mapping feature to auto-link SCACs and contracts; that single help cut what could have been weeks down to days. After 25 years managing about 120 trucks in the Midwest, I can tell when a vendor’s support will make or break a rollout, and these folks stuck with us. Not plug-and-play, but worth the effort if you budget the upfront data cleanup (4/5).
