Been with Logity a little over a year. Took my dispatcher maybe 2 weeks to really figure out what I like to run and what I won't touch. Now he pretty much knows before he calls me if I'm gonna say yes 😂 Rates aren't always amazing because the market is the market, but he does fight for more when theres room.

Not perfect - their rates sometimes sit a bit below what I can push directly - but the steady uptime boost is real. Four stars because they deliver when it matters, and that consistency has value for a fleet our size.
