We run a forty-truck fleet out of the Midwest and after twenty years of hauling I expected the Freightview mobile app to at least keep our drivers on the same page. Half the time push notifications either arrive twenty minutes late or not at all, which meant drivers missed loading windows and we ate detention fees last month that could have been avoided. Trying to attach BOLs and POD photos from the cab is a mess - uploads fail, the app freezes, and documents sometimes don't stick to the right shipment so our office has to chase paperwork down. Our dispatcher now spends an extra hour every day cleaning up missed updates and re-sending files, which adds real labor cost. Support tickets get acknowledged but fixes are slow and piecemeal; for front-line, day-to-day use this app creates more work than it saves.
