The mobile app is unreliable and crashes during critical load updates. This is unacceptable for daily operations; after thirty years running logistics for a 200-truck fleet in the Southwest, the outages cost us three missed pickups and roughly $4,200 in detention fees in a single week. Drivers had to revert to phone calls and paper receipts because the app refused to upload proofs of delivery or maintain a session long enough to update shipment statuses.
