Samson Cartwright's review of Freightview
Bottom line: Freightview mostly gets the job done, but it's iffy under pressure - when confirmations and tracking matter, sometimes it lets you down. I run my own truck on the West Coast and after 20 years I can tell the difference between a system that just works and one that burps; Freightview burped a few times - rates disappearing mid-quote and a midday outage that cost me a pickup window. When it works, it's quicker than calling around, and I keep using it, but those reliability hiccups make me wary when a tight schedule can't absorb errors.
