Morton O'Reilly's review of Freightview
Thought it'd pay for itself, but after three months the subscription just feels like another monthly bill. For our 20-truck fleet in the Northeast the platform's fee plus per-shipment surcharges wiped out the small savings we saw in a few quoted lanes - we ended up paying several hundred dollars more a month overall. The rate engine also missed a couple local carriers we regularly use, so we either booked outside Freightview or accepted higher bids; that mismatch cost us in fuel and extra accessorials. Customer support took days to answer billing questions, which meant extra admin hours chasing invoice discrepancies. Two stars - the concept is useful, but the price-to-value ratio didn't work for our operation so we pulled the plug.
