Moshe Frami's review of Cargo Chief
I've used Cargo Chief for about 14 months. Between the $1,200+/month fee and per-match charges, my 120-truck fleet shelled out roughly $17k over that stretch and the math never made sense. The matches often pushed rates nobody in our market would accept, so we either took lousy-paying hauls or wasted hours re-soliciting carriers by phone. Customer Success kept promising pricing-model tweaks that never fixed the core issue - we still had to do the heavy lifting for capacity, despite paying a premium. If you judge it by cost-per-load and clear ROI, this felt like an expensive experiment that cost us time and margin; I'm pulling it off the stack.
