Working admin-side for a 100-truck operation in the Pacific Northwest, I brought Cargo Chief in to try and speed up carrier sourcing. Signing up was straightforward and I could poke around the dashboard the same day, which felt promising. The snag came when we tried to integrate with our TMS - the API documentation was thin and our IT lead spent a couple of painful weeks mapping fields and cleaning duplicates. Support answered tickets fairly quickly but often left gaps that forced a lot of trial-and-error; it's functional now, but only after more effort than I'd expected. Mixed feelings: easy to explore, harder to actually roll out across our fleet.
