Jennie Crona's review of Logity Dispatch
Price-wise, I wasn't expecting much from another dispatch outfit, but Logity's flat 6% fee actually put money back into our month. What made me happy - and this is a big deal with 40 trucks - was that there were no surprise add-ons when settlements came through; what they quoted is what hit our statements. They didn't shave rates to win loads and then nickel-and-dime us later, and in a couple weeks we saw a measurable uptick in driver pay; simple math, less friction. Midwest lanes are picky about margins, and their negotiation on a couple tough loads saved us enough in a month to pay for their service twice over. Solid value, no fluff.
