Adonis Kerluke's review of Logistically TMS
I manage a 75-truck fleet in the Pacific Northwest and have eight years of running regional freight operations. The Logistically mobile app is something we use every day for dispatch and PODs - when it works it's incredibly convenient: quick quoting on the fly and clean capture of signatures. But more often than I'd like, drivers in rural corridors see the map freeze or location pings stop for chunks of time; syncs can take several minutes and that creates phone tag between the yard and the cab. Notifications are hit-or-miss; sometimes a new load pops instantly, other times guys don't see it until they've already left. So it's a mixed bag - helpful enough that we keep using it, but reliability in low-coverage areas makes me uneasy about trusting it as our only live feed for operations.
