Adella Labadie's review of Logistically TMS
Managing a 25-truck fleet out of the Midwest, I moved to Logistically TMS after too many missed pickups and messy billing spreadsheets. Onboarding was solid - one rep sat with us through load templates and the first month's quirks - but after that the support experience has been wildly inconsistent. Some days a real person picks up the phone within an hour and sorts out a billing or tracking mess; other times we sit on a ticket for 24–48 hours and get a generic reply that doesn't help the driver waiting at a dock. I'm torn because there are support folks who clearly know our account and actually dig in, which has saved us more than once, but turnover and slow SLAs make it hard to rely on when things are urgent. If you can live with occasional delays and prefer escalation-by-phone when needed, it’ll work; if you need immediate, predictable hand-holding every time, it might frustrate you.
