All 24 reviews →The first afternoon after signing up I uploaded our carrier list CSV and had three dispatches tracked and billing routing into QuickBooks within an hour. That quick import was what made me happiest - setup was mostly painless, but mapping a couple of custom fields required a support ticket, so it wasn’t flawless.
Last Thursday a full truck vanished from the dispatch queue an hour before pickup - the app showed it “in transit” while the driver was still loading at the shipper. Compared to the TMS we had before, which updated statuses instantly and let me correct mistakes fast, Logistically felt sluggish and buggy; I spent an extra hour on the phone, we ate a detention fee, and a customer threatened to move lanes. It looks good on paper with LTL quoting and portals, but for day-to-day dispatching it actually made my job harder, not easier.
Live tracking and the customer portal are the best parts - way better than the clunky on‑prem system we kicked around for years with our 80 trucks. Still, I’m torn: LTL quoting and the billing flow feel slower and clunkier than the old way, so we keep switching back to spreadsheets for pricing even though the visibility is much improved.
