Yesterday one of our drivers uploaded a proof-of-delivery photo through the Logistically mobile app while parked at a remote scale house, and the office billed that load before he even made it back on the road. The upload queue and background sync are what made me happiest - the photo and signature pushed through once he got a sliver of signal and the timestamp stayed intact. That single behavior has cut follow-up calls and billing lag by a solid margin. After 16 years managing operations in the Pacific Northwest with an 85-truck fleet, I also like that drivers pick the app up quickly; the interface is straightforward for a mix of veteran and seasonal drivers. Maps can hiccup on older phones and live-tracking occasionally shows a few minutes' drift, but those are minor compared to how it speeds our day-to-day.
