Elyssa Schulist's review of Logity Dispatch

Bottom line: their dispatchers actually pick up the phone and fight for fair pay. I run two trucks in the Midwest with 15 years behind me, and when a broker tried to lowball a load one of their reps messaged, renegotiated, and got us more - that single bit of follow-through saved my week.

I've used Logity Dispatch for about eighteen months. What won me over was their reliability - when a driver hit a mechanical at midnight and I needed a replacement load for the next day, they landed a decent run and had the broker paperwork sorted before first light. With 85 trucks on the roster and 16 years running freight in the Pacific Northwest, I don't tolerate flaky partners; Logity answered texts at odd hours and kept drivers moving so we didn't bleed hours. Not perfect - their rates sometimes sit a bit below what I can push directly - but the steady uptime boost is real. Four stars because they deliver when it matters, and that consistency has value for a fleet our size.

I've been using Logity Dispatch for about eight months. The thing that kept me coming back was how fast my dispatcher answers - texted at midnight after a NorCal drop and got a clear plan within 20 minutes, with broker calls handled so I didn't have to. They honestly take care of the back-and-forth so I can keep driving; my only gripe is they'd sometimes fight for a few more dollars on rates.

When a broker tried to lowball me on a Phoenix run last month, Logity pushed back and got me about $300 more - saved my butt. Their cut felt high at first but after that bump it was definetly worth the $$, made more than their fee so I wasn't mad. Only gripe is they can be slow to reply at night, but price-wise for a one-man outfit in the Southwest it's a solid deal tho.
