Mae Kris's review of Tai TMS
Didn't expect the quoting to be this fast when we switched - our old Excel-and-email mess crawled and leaks happened all the time. The single feature that actually made me happy was the automated carrier confirmations; with 150 trucks and 28 years running freight in the Northeast I've never had carriers ack loads this quickly and it cut follow-up calls way down. Compared to what we used before, Tai TMS feels like it does the chasing for you by pushing to load boards and firing off messages instead of leaving everything on a dispatcher’s desk. The billing/reporting side still needs work for our custom fields, so we kept a couple of spreadsheets, but dispatch moves quicker and the phone time dropped - four stars from me.
