On a Tuesday our biggest customer moved their lanes and we had 48 hours to start quoting - Tai got us live fast enough to keep that account. Importing our messy rate sheets was bumpy at first, but the onboarding rep wrote a custom parser and fixed mapping issues overnight, which made all the difference. With 18 years in the business and a 50-truck operation, I expected a longer ramp; the hands-on support cut the learning curve more than I thought possible. I was especially happy that carrier messages and tendering began flowing automatically after that one fix. The UI for rate mapping still feels clunky and could use clearer prompts, so I’m taking off one star despite the strong start.
