On day two, when I tried to import our carrier list into Tai TMS the CSV mapping failed and duplicated several carrier profiles, which forced a manual cleanup. Getting started was a mixed bag: the interface groups the right functions together, but the onboarding docs presume you already know TMS terminology and support took a day to resolve the import issue - painful when you run ten trucks on the West Coast and have only a year in fleet management. It's useful once the kinks are worked out, yet I remain uncertain whether the initial setup time is worth it for a small operation like ours.
