Bottom line: Tai TMS was reliably up and doing the heavy lifting when we needed to move freight. The feature that made the biggest difference for us was the automatic carrier confirmations - once a carrier accepted a load the system pushed status updates and paperwork without us having to chase drivers or email five different people. After seven years in the business and running about 100 trucks around the Pacific Northwest, predictable status updates and timely EDI pushes are everything, and Tai delivered on that front. It isn’t flawless - occasionally pages lag during morning rate-shopping spikes and a manual refresh fixes it - but those hiccups were rare. The dependable carrier communications alone saved us from missed pickups more than once, so it’s stayed in our stack.
