...mixed for me so far. When it works its convenient and I've gotten a couple decent loads through it. My issue is communication when an offer is pending. If I'm sitting empty I need to know if we're waiting on this load or if I should be looking at something else. Had one take way too long to get an answer and by then I felt like I wasted part of the day... I like the idea and I'm still using it, just need faster answers when something is in limbo.
What I liked most was the instant load matching it put me on a paying mile faster than the old load board and endless callback loops. Before Truxx.ai I was scrolling dump sites and making calls; now offers pop up while I'm still finishing paperwork, so my deadhead miles have dropped. Not perfect but pricing can swing and the app has hiccups sometimes, so I’m giving it four stars.
Got my first load through them about 2 days after everything was set up. Nothing crazy but rate was decent and pickup was close to where I was. Still using them 👍
Bottom line: the mobile app actually gets me paid quicker and the push notifcations are legit. I run solo in the PNW and being able to tap-to-accept a load between fuel stops is huge, no desk, no phone tag, just done; only gripe is it sometimes lags on older phones. Saved me hours and cut deadhead, so def worth using on the road, tho watch your battery.
