The billing automation saved us entire afternoons and actually made invoicing feel boring - which in this line of work is a compliment. It pulls rate confirmations and POD scans into the correct loads, batches invoices by customer, and can send them as PDF or EDI without me babysitting the export; our billing cycle went from ten days down to two. After seven years handling admin for a hundred trucks in the Pacific Northwest, I can say the weekly data-entry mistakes that used to drive us crazy are now rare. There’s the odd mis-tagged attachment to fix, but correcting it takes minutes and the time reclaimed more than makes up for that small hiccup.
