Bottom line: it usually does the job, but don’t count on it being flawless when things get busy. Dispatch updates sync up most days and save me from calling the office, but a few times this season it froze right when I was about to roll and I ended up sitting while support poked around - out here in the Midwest that’s more than an annoyance. Fuel tracking is handy and cuts out some paperwork, yet driver-pay calculations have flubbed an accessorial a couple times so I’ve had to chase corrections.
