During a PNW blizzard last winter mobile check-ins queued and synced as soon as drivers got signal; payroll didn’t choke on missing trips and billing closed on time. We’ve only had one meaningful outage in two years, and support answered the ticket fast enough to keep dispatch running. That reliable cross-module sync is what made me happy - it stopped the late-night scramble and saved us real hours every week.
