...saved my butt last month when a broker rerouted a load mid-trip - I changed the dispatch in Axon and it pushed that update straight to billing and driver pay so I didn't have to re-enter a ton of stuff at 2am, avoided a billing mess. I've been running my own truck for 7 years up here in the Northeast and that one little sync made me smile. A few screens are clunky and it can be slow on bad cell days, but it definately handled the thing that matters most to me.
