Bottom line: Axon cut the daily busywork in half by stopping constant double-entry. Before this we were juggling an ancient TMS and a pile of spreadsheets - changing one load used to mean five different updates, but with Axon a rate change flows through to driver pay and the customer invoice instantly, and that single thing saved us hours. We run 60 trucks in the Southeast and after nine years of patching systems together, finally having that one source of truth for loads is exactly what made me stick with it.
