I've used Axon Software for three years. The mobile app is the feature that sold us - drivers snap POD photos, mark statuses, and those entries appear in dispatch and billing without me rewriting anything. What made me happiest is the offline queue: on foggy PNW runs where signal drops, the app saves the data and uploads when back online, so nothing gets lost. Fewer calls. Simple interface and fast syncing mean our small office can handle 100 trucks with far fewer late invoices and frantic afternoons.
