After years managing trucks in the Pacific Northwest, bringing a new TMS online has always felt like biting off more than we could chew. Axon's bulk import surprised me - it swallowed our messy, decade-old load and driver files with fewer hiccups than I feared, and that alone saved us weeks of manual entry. It wasn't magic; a few pay rules and fuel codes still needed hands-on tweaking and the in-app guides are pretty basic, so expect to spend a week or two on setup. One support rep stayed with us through multiple payroll test runs and that patience made the whole rollout a lot less stressful. If your biggest worry is moving legacy data, Axon handles that well; everything else takes a steady hand to lock down.
