Yesterday a driver on a pickup run couldn't upload a BOL because the mobile app froze mid-upload and the image vanished - by the time dispatch retried the load had to be rebooked. I oversee 250 trucks across the Southwest with fifteen years in the business, and day-to-day Dr Dispatch handles quick assignments and basic check-ins well enough, but the mobile sync is unreliable and the UI starts to show its age when crews are pressed for time. It gets the job done on ordinary days, yet intermittent glitches mean we still carry paper backups and make extra calls, which leaves me oddly torn about adopting it fleet-wide.
