Last Tuesday our ELD timestamps stopped syncing during a 9am load pickup and two drivers were left waiting at the shipper. I called support and sat on hold for roughly 22 minutes before a hurried rep patched things up but couldn’t clearly explain why it happened. A follow-up ticket actually included screenshots and a test on our account, which was helpful, but then development took three days to acknowledge it was a recurring bug they thought they'd already fixed. Small things like that matter to a 25-truck operation - some reps are great and proactive, others seem unfamiliar with our setup. Torn: the system is simple enough to use day-to-day and support can be helpful, yet the inconsistency in responses makes me second-guess them when something more complex goes wrong.
