Switching from the old enterprise TMS we sweat over felt like stepping out of a swamp. What made me happiest was the driver-assignment flow - a couple clicks and a load is claimed, which for our dispatchers shaved minutes off every load. We run about 150 trucks in the Northeast, so those minutes add up into fewer late calls and a lot less paper at shift change. It’s not built for fancy route planning or forecasting, but compared to the heavy system we had before it actually lets crews get work done without a week of training. Simple, fast, and annoyingly effective for day-to-day dispatch.
