Jeanie Boehm's review of bulkTMS
Last harvest I clicked 'settle' on a bin-to-bin load and the system slapped a surprise $275 "processing" fee onto the carrier payout. I'm an owner-operator with 8 years in the PNW and that unexpected charge plus the monthly subscription made me seriously question if bulkTMS was worth it - support took a week to even respond and in the mean time I had to float the cash. It's clunky, frustraing to deal with, and definately overpriced for what it does; won't renew unless billing actually gets fixed - wasted $275 this month.
