Drivers just snap the ticket, and the app auto-fills the gross/tare fields and tags the geo/time - no more scribbled notes or missed loads. It's simple enough that after a day or two our guys were using it without asking for help, and with 75 trucks scattered across the PNW that little time-saver stacks up fast. My only gripe is upload speed: in some rural spots the photos hang on "syncing" for a long time and you have to hit retry; it doesn't break anything but it's annoying. Still, that single feature cut our paper chasing and sped up settlements, which made dispatch mornings noticeably less chaotic.
