When the shipper bumped my hopper pickup two hours before roll time I was already on the road and scrambling. I called BulkLoads support and a rep called me back in about ten minutes, sorted things with the shipper and slid me onto a nearby load so I didn’t deadhead - that fast callback is what actually saved the day. I’ve been hauling bulk around the Midwest for six years, so I care about quick help; the app’s notifications could be better, but the people on the phone get four stars from me.
