The live-tracking map and minute-by-minute location updates were the standout feature for our operation, giving dispatchers a clear picture of in-transit trucks without constant phone calls. After twelve years managing a 55-truck fleet in the Southeast, those real-time ETAs and geofence alerts have cut the usual chaos during storms and tight loading windows. My only real complaint is the limited alert customization - unable to set finer thresholds for specific lanes - so we still do some manual checking, but Axis has definitely reduced daily friction.
