We relied on Axis’s real-time visibility to manage loads, but GPS updates often lagged 20–40 minutes and geofence events failed to register, which led directly to two detention charges and an angry broker call last week; that single feature’s instability made the whole platform unreliable for day-to-day dispatch. Support acknowledged the problem but offered only temporary workarounds, which is not acceptable for a 60-truck operation.
